Marketing Advisors Direct is the paid marketing services program of Insurance Advisors Direct. These terms apply to paid marketing services, project work, setup support, creative services, website-related support, social media support, advertising support, and other marketing services provided through Marketing Advisors Direct.

By submitting payment, approving a quote, or authorizing work to begin, you agree to the terms below.

Service Scope

Paid services are based on the specific package, quote, invoice, payment link, or written service description provided before work begins.

Services may include items such as:

  • Social media graphics
  • Captions and content packs
  • Flyer or postcard design
  • Facebook Business Page setup or cleanup
  • Meta Business Suite guidance
  • Ads Manager setup guidance
  • Website add-ons
  • Landing page or lead capture support
  • Opt-in form setup
  • Booking page or calendar setup
  • Ad creative preparation
  • Basic campaign setup support
  • Other approved marketing projects

Only the items listed in the approved quote, payment link, invoice, or written scope are included.

Anything not listed is not included unless added in writing and approved as an additional paid service.

What Is Not Included Unless Stated in Writing

Paid services do not automatically include:

  • Ongoing social media management
  • Daily posting
  • Daily ad management
  • Inbox, comment, or message management
  • Account recovery
  • Hacked account support
  • Personal Facebook profile management
  • Sending friend requests or page invites on behalf of the agent
  • Logging into personal accounts as the agent
  • Unlimited calls
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Unlimited edits
  • Website hosting
  • Domain fees
  • Software fees
  • Ad spend
  • Printing costs
  • Mailing costs
  • Third-party vendor fees
  • Guaranteed leads, sales, appointments, clicks, followers, engagement, or revenue

Any additional work must be reviewed, quoted, and approved before it begins.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information before work begins.

This may include:

  • Business name
  • Contact name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Website
  • States licensed
  • Services offered
  • Compliance language, if required
  • Logos, photos, or brand assets
  • Login access or admin access, if needed
  • Screenshots of issues
  • Timely feedback
  • Final approval before use

Delays in providing information, access, approvals, or feedback may delay the project.

Marketing Advisors Direct is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, incorrect information, third-party platform issues, or lack of client response.

Access and Account Rules

Clients should not send personal passwords by email, text, or unsecured message.

When access is needed, the client should provide access through the proper platform permission settings whenever possible.

Examples include:

  • Meta Business Suite access
  • Facebook Page access
  • Website user access
  • CRM user access
  • Ad account access
  • Scheduling tool access

The client remains responsible for their own accounts, business pages, profiles, ad accounts, billing settings, and third-party platforms.

Marketing Advisors Direct does not own the client’s accounts and is not responsible for account restrictions, platform changes, declined payments, hacked accounts, lost access, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs

Service fees do not include ad spend.

Any ad spend for Facebook, Meta, Google, or another platform must be paid directly by the client to that platform.

The client is also responsible for any third-party costs, including but not limited to:

  • Domain fees
  • Website hosting
  • CRM fees
  • SMS platform fees
  • VoIP/texting platform fees
  • Form tools
  • Booking tools
  • Email platforms
  • Stock assets
  • Printing
  • Mailing
  • Advertising platform charges

Marketing Advisors Direct is not responsible for Meta, Google, or other third-party charges.

No Guarantee of Results

Marketing services can support visibility, setup, content, organization, and campaign readiness.

However, Marketing Advisors Direct does not guarantee:

  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Appointments
  • Revenue
  • Policy sales
  • Followers
  • Page likes
  • Engagement
  • Clicks
  • Ad approval
  • Lower ad costs
  • Search ranking
  • Business growth
  • Specific campaign results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, offer strength, audience, budget, follow-up speed, sales process, compliance limitations, platform rules, and client execution.

Payment is for the work performed, not for guaranteed business results.

Revisions and Feedback

Revision limits depend on the specific service purchased.

A revision round means one clear, combined list of requested changes submitted at one time.

Small edits may include text corrections, phone number changes, photo swaps, or minor wording changes.

Major changes may require a new quote. Major changes include:

  • New design direction
  • New offer
  • New campaign concept
  • New service focus
  • New page structure
  • Large copy rewrites
  • Rebuilding completed work
  • Changes requested after final approval

Drip feedback, repeated changes, or changes after approval may result in additional fees.

Refund Policy

If cancellation happens before work begins, a refund may be issued minus a 5% processing fee.

Once work begins, setup fees, design fees, production fees, and project fees are non-refundable.

After files, guidance, setup support, strategy, creative work, or deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are not provided because a campaign, page, ad, design, or marketing asset does not generate leads, sales, appointments, followers, engagement, or revenue.

For advertising-related work, setup fees are non-refundable once the build begins.

Monthly management fees, if applicable, are not refundable once the service month starts.

Compliance

All marketing, advertising, email, SMS, website, and outreach activity must follow applicable rules and regulations.

This may include:

  • Carrier rules
  • CMS rules
  • State and federal regulations
  • Platform advertising rules
  • Email marketing rules
  • SMS/texting consent rules
  • Privacy and disclosure requirements

Marketing Advisors Direct cannot assist with misleading claims, false statements, non-compliant advertising, unsolicited texting, or marketing activity that does not follow proper permission and disclosure rules.

The client is responsible for ensuring that their marketing activity follows applicable licensing, compliance, and carrier requirements.

SMS and Texting

Any SMS, texting, or automated message setup must use proper opt-in and compliant contact practices.

Marketing Advisors Direct cannot help set up unsolicited texting or bulk messaging to contacts who have not provided proper permission.

If SMS tools, VoIP tools, or texting platforms are needed, those tools may require separate accounts, fees, setup, and compliance review.

Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on the service purchased, the complexity of the request, team capacity, and how quickly the client provides required information.

Timelines do not begin until:

  • Payment is received
  • Required information is provided
  • Access is granted, if needed
  • Scope is confirmed

Delays in client response may pause or extend the project timeline

Final Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing all materials before use.

By approving materials, the client confirms that the information is accurate and ready to use.

Marketing Advisors Direct is not responsible for errors that were present in information supplied by the client or approved by the client.

Platform Limitations

Third-party platforms may change features, rules, layouts, pricing, access permissions, or approval requirements at any time.

This includes platforms such as:

  • Facebook
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Instagram
  • Google
  • LinkedIn
  • Website platforms
  • CRM systems
  • Email platforms
  • SMS platforms
  • Booking tools
  • Form tools

Marketing Advisors Direct is not responsible for platform outages, rejected ads, disabled accounts, delayed approvals, policy changes, billing issues, or technical problems caused by third-party systems.

Ownership and Use

Once final payment is received and final files are delivered, the client may use the approved marketing materials for their own business.

Marketing Advisors Direct may retain internal project files, templates, design systems, working files, and reusable structures.

Editable source files are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Agreement

By submitting payment, approving a quote, or authorizing work to begin, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

You also confirm that you understand:

  • The service is limited to the approved scope.
  • Additional work may require additional payment.
  • Fees do not include ad spend or third-party costs.
  • Work is not guaranteed to produce leads, sales, appointments, or revenue.
  • Refunds are limited once work begins.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and proper access.
