If it’s on the website, does that mean I automatically get it?

The website showcases the possibilities. Because we want to ensure every project gets our full attention, eligibility and access are confirmed by our Marketing team based on your current tier.

Does submitting the form guarantee my request will be completed?

We review every request for eligibility and our current capacity to ensure high-quality work for you.

Can Sales or an advisor confirm my marketing deliverables?

To maintain clarity and consistency, only the Marketing team is authorized to confirm deliverables, timelines, and scope.

Do I need to request specific marketing materials?

No. Advantage provides a defined package based on your verified production tier. You do not need to submit a separate request for every item listed within that package.

The Marketing Department will confirm your eligible tier and customize the included materials using the approved business and branding information submitted through the Advantage form.

Why has my request not moved into production?

Submitting the form is only the first step. Before production can begin, you must review the confirmation email and reply APPROVED.

IAD must also receive all required information and files, verify your eligibility and production tier, and clear the request for production.

Until these steps are complete, your request may appear as received or in queue, but it is not yet in production.

When does the production timeline begin?

The estimated production window begins after your intake is complete, your information has been approved, your tier has been verified, and all required materials have been received.

It does not begin on the date the form is submitted.

Does the production window include printing and delivery?

No. The estimated production window applies to the preparation of your Advantage marketing package.

Printing, shipping, carrier processing, vendor production, and delivery times are separate and are not guaranteed within the same business-day period.

Can my Sales Advisor approve or expedite my request?

No. Your Sales Advisor may help you locate your confirmation email or direct you to the appropriate department, but only the IAD Marketing Department may confirm eligibility, package contents, production status, scope, or timelines.

What Happens After You Submit

Submitting the Advantage form begins the qualification and intake process.
It does not immediately place your marketing package into production.

1. Review Your Confirmation Email

After submitting the form, you will receive an email showing the business, contact, branding, and service information you provided.

Review this information carefully. The Marketing Department will use the approved information to customize the materials included in your eligible Advantage package.

2. Reply With Your Approval

Before your request can be reviewed, scheduled, or moved into production, reply directly to the confirmation email with:

APPROVED

If any information is incorrect or incomplete, reply with the corrected information instead.

Your request will remain pending until your approval and any required information have been received.

3. We Confirm Your Eligibility and Tier

After approval is received, IAD will verify your active contracts, qualifying production, and current Advantage tier.

Your confirmed tier determines the complete package of marketing materials available to you.

4. Your Package Moves Into Production

Once your intake is complete, your eligibility has been verified, and all required approvals and materials have been received, your request can be scheduled for production.

The estimated production window varies based on your Advantage tier, as each package level includes different deliverables and production requirements.

This is a production estimate. It does not guarantee that printed materials will be produced, shipped, or delivered within the same period.

You Do Not Need to Request Each Item Separately

The Advantage Program provides a defined package based on your verified production tier.

You do not need to submit separate requests for the individual materials listed within your tier. The Marketing Department will confirm your eligible package and customize the included materials using the approved information and files submitted through the Advantage form.

Additional services, custom requests, or materials outside your confirmed package are not automatically included.
